I have to go to a community and family resources evaluation in ames, iowa in a few months. I was pulled over for speed and had to breath. My BAC was under .08 but over .02. Since I am under 21, I was given a citation. The police officer took my license and I have already done a drinking drivers class in order to get my license back.
